PRIVACY POLICY

Roller Roaster ("the App," "we," "us") is developed by Roller Roaster. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Photos or Videos. When you use the App to generate a roast, the photo you capture or select is sent to our server to generate an AI-based roast response. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect photos of anyone other than the person using the App — you confirm at the time of upload that the photo is your own.

Other Content You Provide. If you enter optional text in the "Extra Info" field, that text is sent along with your photo to generate your roast.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, location data, health data, or financial information. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the photo and any extra text you provide solely to generate the roast you requested. This data is used for App functionality only — not for advertising, marketing, analytics, or personalization.

3. Data Retention

Photos and text you submit are processed in real time to generate your roast and are not stored on our servers after the response is returned.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RollerRoaster offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and monthly) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information — all billing is handled by Apple. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. Local Device Storage

Some data — such as your premium status, roast history, and bookmarks — is stored locally on your device using standard device storage and is not transmitted to us.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers. Your data is not used for tracking purposes as defined by Apple's App Tracking guidelines.

7. Children's Privacy

RollerRoaster is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

TERMS OF USE

By downloading or using Roller Roaster ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

RollerRoaster generates AI-based humorous commentary ("roasts") about photos for entertainment purposes only. Roasts are not intended to be taken seriously, are not factual statements, and should not be relied upon for any purpose.

2. Your Own Photos Only

You may only submit photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to use. You are solely responsible for the content of any photo or text you submit. Do not upload photos of other identifiable individuals without their consent.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload photos of another person without their consent
• Upload illegal, abusive, or content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App's services

We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

4. Age Requirement

The App is rated for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement, or have parental/guardian consent if required in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions

RollerRoaster offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly) via in-app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by [Legal Name / Company Name]. You retain all rights to the photos you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
